About Codesis: Codesis is a growing tech-driven company looking for a driven and proactive Junior HR Executive who wants to build a strong foundation in HR and grow along with the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities: Own and drive recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the office. Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR trackers with accuracy. Manage attendance and support overall employee lifecycle activities. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and help create a positive workplace experience.

What We’re Looking For: Freshers with relevant HR internships or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates and employees. Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Someone who takes ownership and can work independently in a growing office environment.
