Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd is a drone manufacturing company located at Gurgaon (www.iotechworld.com). We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive and the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing Company's Sales and Marketing for drones and its components. You will also collaborate with other business partners and internal teams to develop a marketing strategy and plan. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Qualifications MBA in Marketing (ATL/BTL), 2+ years' of experience mainly in Marketing Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads for drone and its components for India and International Market. Digital Campaign & CRM handle: Plan and execute campaigns, email marketing, and CRM database management, brand building. SEO & Paid ads: Identify keywords, optimize search ads, Meta and monitor ROI. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, Social Media Management: Handle Daily operations, Content Strategy, engagement & Performance tracking across platforms, Monitoring trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to recommend improvements. Website & Content Strategy: Develop content briefs, analyze traffic, and optimize user experience. ;Develop marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).Presenting campaign proposals, strategies, and performance reports to Management Interaction with third parties and business partners for BTL activities and running campaigns. Work with marketing teams on product promotions, exhibitions, dealer meets, and digital campaigns to boost drone & components sales. Conduct market analysis to track competitor movement, pricing trends, and emerging technologies. Ensure channel partners meet marketing forecasts and brand standards. Excellent communication, Analytical & problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
