Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Interior Designer at The Kadiwa Studio. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee and execute interior design projects, including space planning, designing interior layouts, developing production drawings, and coordinating with site execution team. The role involves managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications and ensuring timely delivery and quality of project execution across residential and commercial spaces. The candidate will also lead client consultations, mentor junior designers, and ensure adherence to design standards and project goals.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts - Strong knowledge of Architecture and production Drawings to ensure accurate and detailed project execution - Experience with FF&E selection and specification for furniture, fixtures, and equipment - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools - A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in designing and managing interior design projects
