Manage the candidate lifecycle from submission to onboarding while ensuring compliance with W-2 contracting requirements. Maintain and grow relationships with clients, understanding business objectives to proactively anticipate staffing needs. Provide market intelligence and insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of a high-performing recruitment team. Qualifications: B Tech & bachelor’s degree in any domain 4+ years of US staffing/recruitment experience, with a focus on W-2 contract positions.
