Role: Ansible Automation Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Location: Bangalore Hybrid Mode Full-Time Employment with LTIMindtree Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days joiner's only

Job Description: Ansible Playbooks with Linux (Writing playbooks and infrastructure background), Linux & Shell scripting Design and architect enterprise grade automation solutions using Ansible and related technologies Develop reusable Ansible playbooks roles and modules to automate infrastructure provisioning configuration and application deployment Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions Establish best practices for Ansible usage including version control testing and documentation Integrate Ansible with CICD pipelines and other DevOps tools eg Jenkins GitLab Terraform Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers Conduct performance tuning troubleshooting and optimization of automation workflows Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations

Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or DevOps roles with 4 years focused on Ansible Strong expertise in Ansible TowerAWX YAML scripting and automation frameworks Proficiency in Linux Unix systems administration Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and hybrid environments Familiarity with containerization Docker Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code IaC Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills
