The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow Orchestrator, its features, and its applications in optimizing business operations

Key Responsibilities, Requirements& Qualifications

- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator. - Integrate Orchestrator with third-party systems to ensure cohesive interoperability and data flow. - Proven experience with ServiceNow Orchestrator and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. - Strong understanding of workflow automation, integration, and monitoring techniques. - Proficiency in using drag-and-drop workflow builders and pre-built activity packs. - Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues using embedded analytics and real-time insights. - Leverage pre-built activity packs for efficient implementation of repeatable processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities. - Provide training and documentation to teams for effective tool adoption. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements through automated processes. - Ability to analyse complex processes and diagnose inefficiencies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of compliance standards related to automated workflows. - Certification in ServiceNow Orchestration or related areas preferable
