Legal Manager

We are hiring a Legal Manager – Company Secretarial for one of the leading retail start-ups based in Delhi.

Location: Delhi Industry: Retail Experience: 5–12 years Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) or LLB/LLM CTC 15 LPA

We are looking for a dynamic legal professional with strong experience in company secretarial compliance, corporate governance, drafting and vetting of agreements, regulatory filings, board documentation, and liaison with statutory authorities. Candidates from the retail industry background will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling legal matters for growing organizations and ensuring end-to-end statutory compliance.
