Trainee Open Source Developer

Role Description This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Freelance Open Source Developer located anywhere. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software using open-source technologies for a full scale CRM and or Saas solution. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, managing and optimising databases, contributing to open-source projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires working within an open source platform with AI and innovation at its core and troubleshooting technical issues effectively.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in Software Development, Open-Source Development, and Programming Experience with Databases, including design, management, and optimisation Proficiency in using and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving abilities and knowledge of collaborative development tools Strong understanding of open-source principles and practices Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities effectively Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous contributions to open-source projects are an added advantage

Salary Range: 8k-12K/Month
