Role - Maintenance Engineer (HVAC & Electrical Utilities)

Role Purpose

To ensure efficient and uninterrupted functioning of all HVAC systems, electrical utilities, compressed air, water supply, and related infrastructure, while maintaining complete audit‑ready documentation and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of all HVAC systems including chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust, and ventilation units. 2. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical utilities such as HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, MVSB/AMF panels to ensure uninterrupted power supply. 3. Monitor energy consumption patterns for HVAC and electrical systems; identify inefficiencies and implement energy‑saving initiatives for electricity, water, and diesel. 4. Oversee maintenance of compressed air systems, water supply networks, STP, sanitary systems, and general building utilities. 5. Plan, design, and execute infrastructure upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects for HVAC and electrical utilities. 6. Liaise with local government bodies for ensuring continuous electrical and communication services. 7. Maintain complete, accurate, and audit‑ready statutory, EMS, QEHS, environmental testing, and compliance documentation, including calibration and maintenance records. 8. Provide technical support for internal projects, electrical/HVAC works, and company events ensuring reliable availability of utilities.
