Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Wagholi, Pune. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering engaging curriculum-based activities, and fostering a safe and positive learning environment for young children. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the development and well-being of students, engaging with parents or guardians to discuss progress, and implementing age-appropriate teaching methods for early childhood education.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development - Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment - Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field - Experience working with young children in an educational setting is advantageous
