Dropx Logistics is looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to lead and manage all people-related functions across our growing logistics operations. The role encompasses both white-collar and blue-collar workforce management and plays a key part in building a strong organizational culture and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for corporate and field operations roles.
Oversee and guide field recruiters handling blue-collar hiring at various hubs
Manage payroll processing, attendance validation, statutory deductions (PF, ESI), and salary disbursement
Design and implement training, engagement, and retention programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Foster a performance-driven and positive work culture
Qualifications:
Experience in HR roles within e-commerce logistics companies is a significant advantage
Proven experience in payroll processing, HRMS/payroll software management, attendance reconciliation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or high-volume operations
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and people management skills
