Job Overview

We are looking for a Workday HCM Techno Functional Consultant with strong hands-on configuration experience to support and enhance our Workday HCM platform. This role will act as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions - Design, configure, and test business processes, security roles, and data validations - Provide functional support for Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors; Studio – coordination level) - Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) - Perform unit testing, regression testing, and UAT; support Workday releases - Troubleshoot production and post-production issues and ensure timely resolution - Support data loads, audits, and compliance requirements - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors - Maintain configuration workbooks, SOPs, and functional documentation

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration - Expertise in Core HCM, BPF, and Workday Security - Solid understanding of HR business processes - Experience with Workday reporting - Basic understanding of Workday integrations and data flows - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Preferred / Nice to Have

- Workday HCM certification(s) - Experience with Workday releases and feature adoption - Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, or Talent modules - Experience in multi-country or large-scale Workday environments
