ROLE 1: PROJECT SALES – AHMEDABAD
Role Purpose
To
progressively take over project sales execution , coordination, and follow-ups from Sales Director, while Sales director retains key relationships, pricing authority, and final commitments.
This role is
not junior sales . It is a
future sales anchor .
Key Responsibilities
Handle
project inquiries end-to-end
Coordinate with:
Production (capacity, feasibility, delivery dates)
Accounts (credit terms, collections follow-up)
Prepare and follow up on
project quotations
Track project-wise:
SQM commitments
Delivery schedules
Payment milestones
Attend site / architect / contractor meetings as required
Maintain
project pipeline & forecast
(monthly)
Escalate risks early (delivery, pricing, feasibility)
Preferred Background
6–10 years experience in
project-based B2B sales
Exposure to:
Glass / façade / aluminium / building materials / interiors
Strong Ahmedabad Contractor & Builder ecosystem familiarity
Has worked in
capacity-constrained manufacturing setups
(important)
Required Personality Traits
High ownership mindset (not order-taker)
Structured thinking under pressure
Comfortable saying
“I need to check feasibility”
Calm, mature communicator (deals with senior contractors)
Learner mindset (coachability is critical)
Low ego, high accountability
