Senior Receptionist

La Bake Amore is a premium European-style baking and pastry academy, dedicated to excellence in education, craft, and experience. We are looking for a polished, proactive, and highly organized Senior Receptionist who will be the face of our academy and ensure a seamless front-desk and student experience.

Role Overview The Senior Receptionist will manage the front office and serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a welcoming and well-coordinated environment in a creative, education-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front-desk operations and ensure a warm, professional welcome for all visitors Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with clarity and confidence Coordinate class schedules and support student batch management Assist with admissions processes, documentation, and fee coordination Maintain accurate records of attendance, inquiries, and follow-ups Support faculty coordination and daily class readiness Manage office supplies, housekeeping coordination, and reception area upkeep Assist in organizing workshops, events, and academy programs Ensure smooth communication between students, management, and operations teams

Who We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in front-office, reception, or administrative roles Prior experience in an academy, hospitality, or premium service environment is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and calm, solution-oriented attitude Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail
