Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Visa Operations

to manage end-to-end visa processing while leading a team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless customer experience. This role combines operational ownership, team leadership, and service excellence in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee complete visa filing processes in line with immigration policies and company standards Ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, and coordination with embassies/visa partners Lead, mentor, and manage a team of visa executives to achieve operational goals Handle escalations and act as a key contact for customers and partner queries Monitor regulatory updates and implement process improvements Maintain quality checks, audits, and performance reporting to ensure efficiency and compliance Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and turnaround times

Requirements 4+ years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or customer operations Prior experience in team handling or coordination preferred Strong knowledge of visa documentation, embassy procedures, and travel compliance Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy startup culture
