What Youโ€™ll Be Involved In โ— Providing technical support to customers and internal teams, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues across our platform. โ— Investigating and reproducing bugs, escalating them to engineering with clear, actionable context. โ— Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Ops, Product) to ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues. โ— Maintaining detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps. โ— Supporting continuous improvement by identifying recurring problems and proposing preventative solutions. โ— Assisting in monitoring system performance and raising alerts when abnormalities occur. โ— Understanding our APIs, integrations, platform behaviours, and common edge cases to support customers effectively. โ— Participating in on-call rotations for critical incidents (with support and guidance from senior engineers).

You Should Apply If: โ— You have strong experience troubleshooting modern web applications and APIs (Preferably 2โ€“4+ years). โ— You are comfortable reading and understanding logs, error traces, and system behaviour. โ— You have working knowledge of Typescript, NextJs or NestJs โ— You understand AWS fundamentals (you donโ€™t need to be an expert). โ— You excel at communicating complex technical issues in clear, simple language. โ— You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. โ— You are excellent at problem-solving and remain calm under pressure. โ— You have familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, and monitoring platforms (Datadog, CloudWatch, Sentry, etc.). โ— Youโ€™re comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis and workflows. โ— You think youโ€™d enjoy the kind of work we are doing here โ— Bonus: You have experience or interest in blockchain or fintech systems.
