About the Team and the Role: Join our Corporate Communications team as a Public Relations Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate narrative and strengthening brand perception. This position is central to developing and executing 360-degree PR campaigns across traditional and non-traditional channels, including digital and social media. You will manage media relationships, drive high-impact storytelling, and support key product and corporate launches.The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across leadership, product, marketing, and external partners to build a cohesive brand voice and communicate Ather’s vision for the future of electric mobility.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive public relations campaigns to support product launches and corporate initiatives across diverse geographic markets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to secure positive press coverage and thought leadership opportunities. Manage all aspects of corporate events, from industry conferences to media interviews and photoshoots, to enhance brand visibility. Create compelling content across formats including press releases, articles, leadership pieces, and social media narratives aligned to PR objectives. Track and stay ahead of emerging content formats, platform trends, and digital conversations across social media and online channels, proactively identifying opportunities to keep brand storytelling relevant and impactful. Conceptualize and execute high-impact content across relevant and emerging digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the CEO's office and Product Management, and external partners to align on and execute integrated communication strategies.

Experience and Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Communication/Media Studies/Journalism. 2-3 years of experience in a PR function either at an agency or a corporate, or in an internal communications role.

Must have Competencies: Proven ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns and product launch strategies. Strong existing media relationships with a demonstrated skill in cultivating new contacts within business and industry media. Expertise in coordinating and managing corporate events, press conferences, and media interviews. Strong ability to conceptualize and create different forms of content on a regular basis Excellent judgment and crisis communication skills for managing complex and unexpected communication challenges.

Good to have Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. High situational awareness and the ability to proactively address concerns and anticipate issues. Direct experience in comprehensive event management and execution. Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and social listening tools.
