Engineering Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter (US Staffing) with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment across Engineering hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for US-based clients while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients. Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding. Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs. Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of US recruitment experience. Strong experience recruiting for Engineering. Hands-on experience with ATS and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines. Knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099). Preferred Qualifications Experience with MSP/VMS clients. Exposure to contract and full-time staffing.
