About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of user-friendly and responsive websites. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure that our websites meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Job Responsibilities — SEO & WordPress Developer
Customize WordPress themes, templates, and page builders to align with project design, branding, and UX requirements.
Implement, configure, and customize WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UI/UX mockups and wireframes into responsive, high-quality WordPress websites.
Develop front-end components using
HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript , and modern frameworks (React or Vue preferred).
Ensure fully responsive, cross-browser compatible websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Integrate and manage CMS platforms including
WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Amazon integrations
where required.
Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance for improved SEO rankings and user experience.
Implement technical SEO best practices including on-page optimization, schema markup, URL structure, metadata, and internal linking.
Manage SEO efforts across multiple client accounts, balancing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and report SEO performance using tools such as
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs , or similar platforms.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to execute SEO strategies and content optimization plans.
Perform on-page and structural SEO updates directly within CMS platforms.
Test websites thoroughly to identify and resolve bugs before deployment.
Deploy websites to production environments and maintain ongoing functionality, security, and updates.
Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in web development and SEO.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience developing and designing Websites, Platform, WP and Web builder..
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including a modern framework like React or Vue.js is preferred).
Experience with responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with a CMS platform like WordPress or Squarespace.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
(Optional) Basic knowledge of AI concepts and how they can be applied to web development.
