Role Overview
You will own end-to-end client relationships for our US Executive Search Recruitment business while leading a small delivery/recruitment team. This includes hunting for new clients, growing existing accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery through your team, and driving revenue targets for the organization.
You are expected to be a strategic seller, a relationship builder, and a hands-on leader who understands the US staffing landscape and can translate client needs into consistent, profitable placements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new US clients in small to mid range companies staffing space.
- Conduct outbound sales via calls, emails, , and networking to generate qualified leads and meetings with decision-makers (Hiring Managers, HR, Procurement, VPs, Directors).
- Build a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate opportunity tracking, and drive deals through the full sales cycle (lead โ proposal โ negotiation โ closure).
- Prepare and present capability decks, proposals and service offerings tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company revenue goals.
Account Management & Client Relationship Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Understand each clientโs business, culture, hiring patterns, and workforce planning needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business (new locations, new roles, temp-to-hire, direct hire, project-based requirements).
- Conduct regular review calls/meetings with clients to share performance, address feedback, and propose improvements.
- Ensure high client retention and satisfaction by resolving escalations promptly and effectively.
Team Management & Delivery Oversight
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters / account executives supporting your client portfolio.
- Allocate requisitions across the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely submission and quality of candidates.
- Track delivery KPIs (submittals, interviews, offers, fills, time-to-fill, candidate quality, retention) and intervene where needed.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment leadership to ensure capacity planning and skill alignment with client needs.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and revenue targets for your portfolio of clients.
- Review performance dashboards and reports; take corrective actions to improve productivity, hit fill ratios, and reduce fall-offs.
- Work with finance/operations to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and resolution of any billing issues.
Process, Compliance & Collaboration
- Adhere to all internal processes (CRM/ATS usage, documentation, reporting, approvals).
- Ensure compliance with client-specific processes, onboarding requirements, and any legal/safety regulations relevant to general staffing.
- Partner with leadership on new service offerings, market feedback, and competitive intelligence from the US market.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and delivery processes, scripts, and playbooks.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, HR, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 4โ6 years of hands-on experience in US staffing, with at least 2+ years in client-facing / business development or account management roles.
- Proven experience in general staffing (non-IT) โ e.g., light industrial, Pharma, aerospace, construction, manufacturing, etc.
- Demonstrated track record of winning new US clients and growing existing accounts.
- Prior team lead or people management experience, handling a small team of recruiters or account executives.

Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for this role is designed to reward both consistent client acquisition and profitable, sustainable delivery. It includes a fixed base and variable performance linked salary plus benefits (PF, Paid leaves, health insurance, etc). Remote work from India with structured support, tools, and training.
Total compensation Range: โน1,00,000 โ โน2,00,000 per month
Final offer within this range will depend on:
- Years and quality of US staffing experience
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation
- Prior team leadership experience in general staffing
Work Schedule
- Remote role based in India, working primarily in alignment with US business hours (EST/CST/PST depending on client base).
- Flexibility required for client calls/meetings and internal reviews.
