Role Overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the go-to-market strategy for our active component product lines (Renesas, NXP, ST Micro, Microchip, Nuvoton, etc.), collaborate with internal R&D, and partner with the national sales team to expand our customer base and market share across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own GTM strategies and marketing execution for semiconductor product lines. - Identify, engage, and convert key players in the electronics space. - Build strong technical and commercial customer relationships. - Collaborate with global principals for technical marketing alignment. - Coordinate with pre-sales, R&D, and application teams to understand customer needs and propose solutions. - Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and product demos. - Meet revenue targets and manage business cycles with key principals.

✅ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (must). - 4 to 8 years of experience in product marketing in the semiconductor/electronics domain. - Experience working with or marketing Renesas, NXP, ST Micro, Microchip, or Nuvoton. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and market research tools. - Must be proactive, analytical, and team-oriented.
