Product Manager

About the Role The Product Manager identifies customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into reality. The role is responsible for setting the product roadmap and vision, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful end-to-end product rollout.

Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives. Set and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements. Position new products in line with customer demands and market trends.

Stakeholder Management Align stakeholders around the product vision and strategy. Deliver technical information on new and updated products to relevant teams. Foster a shared understanding across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.

Product Delivery Lead the end-to-end rollout of products and features. Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of product initiatives. Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data.

Customer Focus Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions. Ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver value.

Qualifications Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Analytical mindset with a passion for solving customer problems.

Required Skills 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles within a technology-driven environment. Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products or platforms. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills Additional Responsibility: Organization-Level Tech Event Management.
