About the Role We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic Creative Multimedia organization. This role is integral to fostering a thriving workplace culture while managing the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment through retention—in an environment dedicated to digital media education, Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic design, and UI/UX design. As our HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building teams that drive creativity, technical excellence, and transformative learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across creative and technical disciplines Onboarding & Integration : Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs that immerse new team members in our organizational vision, values, and structure Payroll & Attendance Management : Oversee accurate payroll processing and attendance tracking, resolving discrepancies promptly and efficiently Employee Relations : Cultivate positive workplace relationships and serve as a trusted resource for team members at all levels Conflict Resolution : Address employee concerns, grievances, and statutory matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance HR Operations : Manage multiple HR functions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines What You Bring Post-graduate degree with 5+ years of progressive HR management experience Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail Proven ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands Solid work ethic with excellent time management skills Understanding of employment law and statutory compliance Remuneration On par with industry standards Why Join Us?
