IT Infrastructure Head - GM/AGM

Define and implement enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations including data centers, networks, servers, cloud platforms, end-user computing, and IT service management. - Drive and support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and post-go-live infrastructure stabilization, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with business leaders and C-level stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and optimize IT investments. - Establish and enforce cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls to protect enterprise systems, applications, and data. - Own and manage IT risk, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP). - Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, etc.) and lead internal/external audits and certifications. - Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews for infrastructure and managed service providers. - Drive digital transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, automation, infrastructure modernization, and cost optimization. - Monitor emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to infrastructure scalability, security, and efficiency. - Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
