Role Description: CYNERZA is looking for Sales & Business Development Executives (Remote Internship) who are motivated to build client relationships and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and engaging with potential clients to introduce CYNERZA’s technology solutions. Daily responsibilities will include client outreach, pitching services, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals interested in building a career in B2B sales, SaaS, and technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting:- • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities • Conduct market research to identify target industries and companies • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

Client Outreach & Sales Communication:- • Connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and networking platforms • Introduce company services and initiate professional conversations • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients

Client Acquisition:- • Understand client needs and business challenges • Present suitable AI and technology solutions offered by CYNERZA • Support the process of converting prospects into clients

Relationship Management:- • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients • Follow up with leads and nurture long-term opportunities • Maintain consistent and professional client communication

Business Development Strategy:- • Conduct competitor and industry research • Identify new markets and potential partnerships • Contribute ideas to support company growth and revenue generation

Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams • Participate in business strategy discussions • Contribute to improving outreach strategies and sales processes

Qualifications: • Understanding of lead generation and new business development techniques • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to identify business opportunities and potential markets • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Preferred (Not Mandatory): • Previous exposure to sales, marketing, or business development • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools • Knowledge of AI, SaaS, or IT services industry

Eligibility: • Freshers and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Performance Assessment Period: The first month will serve as a performance assessment period where candidates will work on lead generation, outreach, and business development activities.

During this period we will evaluate: • Communication and outreach capability • Lead generation consistency • Client interaction and professionalism • Understanding of company services and solutions

Based on performance, skills, and overall contribution, selected candidates will continue with the company from the following month. The salary, incentives, or compensation structure will be discussed accordingly.
