Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bioprocess Engineer located in Gaya, Bihar. The Bioprocess Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling up bioprocess systems, with a focus on ribozyme-linked drug production. Day-to-day tasks include designing and monitoring bioreactor operations, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance in production. The candidate will also be required to maintain documentation, perform quality control checks, and stay updated on the latest advancements in bioprocessing and bioengineering.

Qualifications Proficiency in bioprocess design, optimization, and large-scale production Strong knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemical processes Expertise in operating bioreactors, process monitoring, and troubleshooting technical issues Experience in quality control procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory practices Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Master's or Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field preferred Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is a plus
