Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary/ Personal Assistant to a busy Neurologist at Braintree Specialty Clinics, Chennai, and Braintree Institute of Rehabilitation and Development. The Secretary/ Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the neurologist's daily schedule, handling communication, diary management, and clerical tasks. The role will involve coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills and administrative support
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in using office software and technology
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
