General Manager-Project

Role Summary:

The General Manager – Projects will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multispecialty hospital construction projects, ensuring completion within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall hospital project execution from concept to commissioning. - Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. - Oversee civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas pipeline, fire & safety, and allied services. - Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution. - Monitor project progress and control costs to avoid overruns. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms at site. - Review and approve contractor bills, BOQs, and procurement plans. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance targets. - Ensure smooth project commissioning and handover to hospital operations team.
