SRAM Senior / Staff / Principal – Design Engineers

NextICRON Technologies is expanding its memory design team and looking for experienced engineers to work on SRAM and memory compiler development.

Location: Flexible | Full-time | Bangalore

Role Design and develop SRAM / ROM / Register File memory compilers Work on design margins and assist circuits Perform timing and power characterization Deliver physical and timing views (LEF, GDS, Liberty, Verilog) Improve compiler automation flows

Experience 3–12 years in SRAM / memory design or compiler development Strong understanding of memory architecture and design margins Experience with characterization and memory collaterals Familiar with Cadence / Synopsys / Calibre tools
