This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role in Chennai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and industry events.
Proactively attend meetings, both within and outside city to bring in new clients and maintain credibility with existing clients.
Create, present, and negotiate compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Handling negotiations (pricing/service terms) and maintain rapport with new and existing clients.
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Analyse client needs to recommend appropriate digital marketing services to achieve their goals.
Work with the marketing and technical teams to align sales pitches with service capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of Experience in Sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content strategy.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English) with the ability to close deals.
