To put it simply: As Assistant E-commerce Manager, our online sales across all e-commerce platforms is in your capable hands. You are completely responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring every element of the e-commerce marketing and sales strategy. Your end goal is to maximize revenue and ROI from all our e-commerce platforms. Any initiative, activity, etc. that helps you do this, is yours to manage and drive— with us providing our full support, of course.
B asic requirement:
Minimum of 4+ years of marketing and sales experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business
E-commerce background, with experience in selling on Amazon.in, Flipkart and similar
platforms.
Strong analytical skills
Expertise in Excel
Responsibilities
Manage, grow and maintain e-Commerce websites/portals for Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Flipkart
and other similar platform.
Hit pre-decided revenue and gross margin targets for each SKU.
Plan weekly inventory and manage stock availability, across products, models, and channels.
Execute sales strategy and evaluate it across channels.
Handle e-commerce payment reconciliation, deals, coupons, reviews & ratings
Manage, streamline, and refine A+ content, improve product catalogue, update keywords, and
related activities, to boost impact and sales
Maintain a smooth and productive relationship with category SPOCs at e-commerce portals.
Develop Concept / Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with Organizations
guidelines.
Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree
marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and
other platform.
Increase sales, with above-average ROAS.
Prepare the Annual online marketing budget for the e-commerce partners and allocate budget
to brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc
Prepare annual marketing calendar for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other platform
Manage appropriate product promotions on all E Commerce platforms in collaboration with
platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and other platform
Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely
with design, product, and production team
Recommend e-commerce (online ) store promotions in consultation with the vendors and
e-commerce portal.
Recommend events specific to the brand, product category and season.
Forecast along with the vendors and the e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the
promotions.
Ensure the listing of all the stock is live on the e-commerce portal.
Deliver annual sales growth, shares, p&l for owned categories/brands
Builds and owns customer strategy for categories/brands owned and growth roadmap for
customer
Manage promotional budgets and plan with right optimization to deliver conversion
Own the activation calendar for the platform and leverage it to drive consumer objectives
Own the Business Planning process leading to demand forecasting to ensure forecasting
accuracy
Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
Handle specific sales events and enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
Analyze and interpret E-commerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths,
Target driven & Month on Month Growth Approach.
Manage new products upload, Listing Optimizations, category builds and promotional activities.
Market Understanding
Develop a thorough knowledge of the market - short term and long term trends Drive portfolio
management for best offers and discounts for the customers
Desired Background
Must have hands-on experience in working on platforms like Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart etc

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Time : 9:30 am to 6:30pm
Experience: 4+ years experience in Beauty, Skincare, Fashion, Jewellery and Bags.
