Role Description The Admissions Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Admissions Counselor will focus on guiding prospective families through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, conducting tours, and providing personalized support. The role also involves building strong relationships with parents, responding to their questions, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve enrollment objectives.

Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with parents and families. Customer Service and Sales skills to assist in addressing inquiries, providing tours, and promoting the preschool’s unique offerings. Understanding of Education principles, particularly early childhood education, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of Montessori and Play-Way methodologies. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
