We’re looking for a
Visual & Brand Experience Designer (2D and Video)
who can command attention through a screen as effectively as we do through a physical space. Someone who doesn’t just \"edit\" or \"layout\"—but crafts the visual pulse of a brand.
In this role, you will be the guardian of Benchmark’s visual output, ensuring that every asset—whether event video content or event branding elements and collaterals —is designed creatively as per brand guidelines, on-message, and visually spectacular.
You will be the driving force behind every frame, font, and transition.
What You'll be Leading
As our Visual & Brand Experience Designer, you’ll guide the creative journey from the initial pitch deck to the final on-site execution.
Crafting Event Identities:
Develop comprehensive brand toolkits for large-scale conferences and exhibitions, including logos, event themes, and cohesive color palettes. Develop compreshensive event branding, including logos, event themes, typography, and related graphics that define the \"look and feel\" of the event.
Cinematic MICE Content:
Edit high-impact \"Sizzle Reels,\" speaker intros, and event highlights. You’ll also create emotive destination/promotional teasers and visually appealing and engaging content that builds excitement and engagement on social media platforms.
Relevant Branding Graphics & Wayfinding:
Design the visual branding language of an event space—from registration counters and fabric backdrops to digital wayfinding screen content and exhibition floor signages.
Plenary & LED Content Design:
Create dynamic, large-format event theme/branded content for main-stage LED walls and screens, projection mapping, ensuring technical precision in resolution and aspect ratios.
Branding Event Collateral:
Create all physical/print ready branding elements as part of the event requirements in accordance with the requried theme, design language and brand guidelines of the client.
High-Stakes Pitch Design:
Partner with the larger teams to design/create \"win-ready\" MICE/ Event pitch decks through stunning pitch decks that use 2D and motion assets to win over new clientele.
The Kind of Creator We’re Looking For
Events at Benchmark are never \"one size fits all.\" You will be responsible for tailoring visuals across diverse corporate formats:
Plenary & Keynote Sessions:
Designing immersive \"stage-skin\" visuals, speaker presentation decks, and countdown timers that set a high-octane professional tone.
Travel & Lifestyle Design Content:
Developing a \"travel-lifestyle\" aesthetics—designing personalized digital itineraries, social media promotional content and branding that increases and enhances audience engagement on social media. This includes digital posters, promotional videos related to travel, lifestyle and events.
Diversified Content Development:
Based on the brief provided by the team, develop both digital and physical content tailored to the specific requirements of MICE engagements and event branding elements, ensuring alignment with the intended use cases and overall event experience.
Staying Ahead of the Pulse:
Constantly explore new techniques in visual design, video editing techniques (Generative Video if required), and typography trends to keep our work fresh and disruptive.
You likely bring:
Industry Fluency:
Deep-rooted experience in the MICE and Events sector. You know the \"language\" of the show-floor and the precision required for corporate hospitality industry.
The Technical Powerhouse:
Mastery of the
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and other related tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, In-Design and After Effects).
Technical Precision:
An expert understanding of file formats for event fabrication and printing and motion specs
(resolutions/aspect ratios)
for non-standard LED screen configurations.
Guideline Guru:
An obsession with great detail; you can spot a \"pixel-off\" logo or a non-brand font from a mile away.
The \"On-Site\" Mindset:
The ability to handle last-minute \"show-stopper\" creative changes as required with calm and creative precision during a event setup.
The \"Agency-Speed\" Mindset:
The ability to move fast under tight deadlines without sacrificing creative quality or technical precision.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Prior experience (2+ years) in graphic design and video editing, preferably within an events or experiential agency.
A portfolio that showcases high-end visual storytelling and clean, modern brand identity work.
A solution-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment and meet deadlines for pitch submissions and schedules for production process as required.
Knowledge of production-side constraints (bleed for fabric prints, safe zones for LED screens, etc.).
