We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Outreach: Communicate with prospective clients via telephone to understand their legal and financial needs and align our services accordingly.

2. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads into clients.

3. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients and leads in the CRM system.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in legal and financial regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation strategies and implement targeted campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably within the legal and compliance industry, is an advantage.

2. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively engage potential clients and address their queries.

3. Persuasive Skills: Ability to articulate the value proposition of our services and persuade clients to choose our consultancy.

4. Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

6. Positive Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

7. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
