Fashion Designer / Design Associate

Role Overview We are looking for a creative designer to help develop fresh designs aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. The role involves working on new garment ideas, fabrics, and silhouettes while contributing to the creative direction of collections. Preferably Fresher or Work Experience 1–2 years.

Key Responsibilities • Develop new design concepts for upcoming collections. • Create sketches, tech packs, and design boards. • Research fabrics, silhouettes, and fashion trends relevant to the brand. • Work with the team on sampling and design development. • Assist in fittings and design adjustments. • Collaborate on prints, details, and finishing elements. • Contribute to the overall creative direction and storytelling of the collection.

Ideal Candidate • Background in fashion design or related field. • Strong sense of aesthetics, silhouettes, and fabric understanding. • Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. • Curious, experimental, and aligned with the brand’s design language. • Preference for candidates based in Delhi/NCR.
