About The Role We’re hiring a

Finance Operations Lead

who can own our entire financial backbone with precision. This role is NOT clerical. This is ownership.

You’ll manage invoicing, collections, GST, compliance, reconciliations, vendor payouts, and internal finance workflows - end to end.

You’ll keep our books clean, our numbers predictable, and ensure zero leakage across the system. If you love order, follow-through, and financial accuracy - this role is yours.

What You'll Do Create, send, and track all invoices Follow up on pending payments until collected Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly

GST filings & compliance Maintain ledgers, P&L, cash flow, reconciliations, vendor payouts Keep all finance data organized, audit-ready, and updated Coordinate with our CA, banks, and internal teams Maintain dashboards/reports for leadership Own finance ops with discipline and independence

What We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts/Operations Strong understanding of GST, compliance, invoicing, reconciliations Excellent communication + strong follow-up mindset Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and reliable Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup Proficiency with Zoho Books / Tally / Excel / Google Sheets
