Role Description We are looking for a Senior Insurance SME with strong consulting and process transformation experience to lead process assessment, improvement initiatives, and Gen AI & automation implementation across insurance operations. The role requires deep insurance domain expertise combined with experience in operational excellence, Six Sigma methodologies, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities Act as Insurance Domain SME across key functions such as Risk Assessment & Underwriting, Claims Processing & Policy Administration, Regulatory Compliance, Fraud Detection and Back-office Operations. Should have handled Commercial & Property, Transport Insurance operations for US operations. Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Drive process optimization and operational transformation initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma / Senzcraft proprietory frameworks. Design future-state processes and operating models for insurance operations using Gen AI / Agentic AI / Automation. Identify and implement AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience. Lead discussions with business stakeholders, consulting teams, and technology partners to deliver transformation programs. Develop automation use cases, define ROI & business cases, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Experience: Develop automation use cases, define ROI & business cases, and implementation roadmaps. 10+ years of experience in the Insurance industry Strong consulting / advisory experience • Proven expertise in process assessment and process improvement Experience implementing Gen AI, Document AI, Low code workflow solutions, RPA, or automation-led transformation initiatives Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) Exposure to Gen AI, ML or intelligent automation in insurance operations
