Technical Delivery Manager

to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise implementations. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and client leadership to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while driving innovation through modern platforms and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Execution Manage

day-to-day technical delivery

of enterprise-grade software and digital transformation programs. Translate business and functional requirements into

clear technical execution plans

. Track and manage delivery health including

scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality

. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous delivery standards. Agile & Governance Establish, maintain, and enforce the

Definition of Done (DoD)

across development teams to ensure consistent quality standards. Continuously refine DoD based on

client feedback, delivery learnings, and project needs

. Lead all internal Agile cadences including

sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for

internal and external stakeholders

. Lead and manage

client-facing forums

including sprint demos, stakeholder alignment meetings, and cross-team coordination calls. Own and chair

Steering Committee meetings

with client executives. Prepare and present

comprehensive project status reports

, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely issue resolution. Technology & Innovation Collaborate with

architects and engineering teams

on solution design and implementation strategies. Drive adoption of

AI Agents and Agentic Workflows

across client environments. Support delivery of solutions involving

SaaS platforms, system integrations, workflow automation, and AI-driven technologies

. Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and guide

junior engineers and consultants

on delivery best practices, quality standards, and client engagement. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience Must Have 5–7 years of proven experience

delivering software or digital transformation projects for

large enterprise clients

. Strong hands-on experience with

SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation

. Solid understanding of

Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices

. Excellent

client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills

. Preferred Qualifications Experience with

low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL / Reverse ETL solutions

. Exposure to

AI-driven solutions, AI agents, or automation frameworks

. Domain experience in

BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals

. Experience working in

complex, multi-vendor, enterprise environments
