Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, monitoring site operations, managing structural and civil engineering tasks, and ensuring high-quality output through rigorous quality control processes. The candidate will also assist in troubleshooting challenges on-site and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications Proven experience with on-site construction management and processes Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders Proficiency in implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards in construction In-depth knowledge of structural engineering and civil engineering principles Relevant educational qualifications in civil engineering or a related field Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Experience working with architects and designers on custom projects is an advantage
