Serai Villas is a growing collection of luxury vacation rental homes in Goa, offering exceptional guest experiences, bespoke hospitality, and design-led spaces. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to help convert leads into long-term Serai guests.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Representative will serve as the first point of contact for potential guests, handling inquiries, converting leads, and ensuring an outstanding initial impression of the Serai brand. The role is highly performance-driven, offering attractive incentives for successful conversions. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, responsive, and deeply committed to providing an exceptional guest experience from the first conversation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming guest inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and digital channels.
Follow up diligently on all leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Provide accurate information about villas, pricing, and availability while embodying the Serai brand tone and ethos.
Track leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM systems for visibility and performance tracking.
Work closely with the operations and villa management teams to ensure smooth handover from booking to stay.
Assist in developing new lead-generation ideas, referral strategies, and guest engagement initiatives.
Meet and exceed monthly conversion and sales targets.
Represent Serai Villas with warmth, clarity, and professionalism at all times.
Coordinate with travel agents for offline bookings.
Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly revenue reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Knowledge about Goa and hospitality market in the city is key.
This should be reflected in your CV.
1–3 years of experience in sales, reservations, or guest relations in hospitality or luxury travel. Experience in Goa is necessary.
Exceptional communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with poise and responsiveness.
Fluency in English required; Hindi or other languages a plus.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to Serai’s overall growth and guest success.
Comfortable with working on different channel management software and deep knowledge of OTA’s
