Road Safety Specialist

We’re Hiring: Road Safety Specialist – Bachupally, Hyderabad

Are you passionate about creating safe and efficient transportation systems? We are looking for a Road Safety Specialist to ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of employees, contractors, and visitors across our transportation services and internal road network.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure safe employee transportation and implement transport safety SOPs

✔ Conduct route risk assessments, audits, and contractor performance evaluations

✔ Manage Driver Management Centre (DMC) operations and driver training programs

✔ Oversee internal road safety, signage, traffic management, and inspections

✔ Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

✔ Drive road safety campaigns, training, and emergency preparedness

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage safety data insights

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

Certification in Road Safety Management preferred

Strong understanding of transport safety regulations

Skilled in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigations

️ Excellent communication and training abilities
