Job Title: Manual Test Engineer (SAP Modules Preferred)

Experience: Relevant experience in manual testing; SAP module testing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Planning: o Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for manual testing aligned with project goals and timelines.

o Define scope, schedule, and deliverables for all testing activities.

• Test Design & Execution:

o Design, create, and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and test data based on functional and non-functional requirements.

o Execute manual test cases to validate system functionality and performance.

• Test Reporting:

o Prepare and present test status reports, including execution progress, defect metrics, and quality trends.

o Communicate outcomes effectively to stakeholders and management.

• Collaboration:

o Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure testing aligns with development cycles.

• Regression Testing:

o Lead and perform thorough regression testing during updates to ensure new features or fixes do not impact existing functionality.

• Risk Assessment:

o Identify potential testing risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain quality and timely delivery. Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in manual testing; exposure to SAP modules for test execution is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Testing Lifecycle.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
