Job Title: EMR Trainer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EMR Trainer to deliver end-to-end training and client support for IMS and Meditab EMR systems. The role focuses on user onboarding, training delivery, system support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for IMS and Meditab users - Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation - Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and system support - Troubleshoot EMR-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution - Monitor system performance and assist with updates or enhancements - Maintain detailed records of training sessions, client interactions, and issue resolutions - Ensure efficient system utilization and a positive user experience

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with IMS and/or Meditab EMR systems - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent problem-solving and client-handling abilities - Ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner - Prior EMR training or healthcare IT support experience preferred
