Senior Product Designer

We are hiring for Senior Product Designer JD: 1. Roles & Responsibilities Design enterprise software tools for humans to oversee and govern AI / virtual agents (human‑in‑the‑loop systems) Partner closely with a senior full‑time product designer, product managers, and engineers Execute detailed design work while the senior designer focuses on system architecture Translate complex, information‑dense workflows into clear, usable interfaces Design screens that help humans review AI decisions and provide structured feedback to AI agents

2. Tools & Technical Skills

Must‑Have Strong product design experience (UI/UX is acceptable in this context) Figma (design systems, screens, prototypes) Experience designing enterprise / internal tools rather than only consumer apps Familiarity with AI concepts, especially virtual agents, prompts, and AI decision workflows Experience with data‑dense applications and data visualization Knowledge of interaction design within complex systems Front‑end exposure (e.g., React component libraries) as an added advantage, not mandatory

3. Day‑to‑Day Tasks Create detailed screens, metadata layouts, and multiple UI states Build interactive prototypes to test workflows and gather internal user feedback Work on functional details, not just visual polish Collaborate daily with: Senior Product Designer Product Managers (3) Engineering team Iterate designs quickly to meet tight delivery timelines over the next few months

4. Manager’s Expectations Ability to execute independently and deliver high‑quality detailed design work Strong communication skills, especially during design reviews Comfort working on complex, information‑heavy enterprise products Willingness to collaborate across time zones:
