Role Senior SAP SD Senior Consultant (S/4HANA) Hire type Full-time Number of positions 1 Notice Period IMMEDIATE Budget 32 Lakhs Location Bengaluru Mode Hybrid Years of exp. 8-12 Years Mandatory Skillset Minimum 8-12 years Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Conversion) Detailed Job Description Location: Bangalore-Hybrid Experience: 8-12 Years Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA expertise to lead and deliver end-to-end Sales & Distribution solutions. The role involves solution design, configuration, integration, and stakeholder management across global business scenarios. Experience • 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Conversion) • Experience with Global clients and strong in stakeholder management Key Responsibilities • Lead business requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration for SAP SD in S/4HANA • Configure core SD processes: o Order-to-Cash (OTC) o Pricing & Condition Techniques o Billing (including Pro-forma, Credit/Debit Memo) o Output Management (BRF+) o Credit Management (FSCM – Credit) • Design and implement S/4HANA-specific SD capabilities: o Business Partner (Customer/Vendor integration) o Simplified pricing & data model o Advanced ATP (aATP) – basic understanding • Drive integration with: o SAP MM, FI, PP o SAP TM / EWM (basic to intermediate) o Third-party systems (EDI, CRM, Tax engines, Logistics partners) • Prepare and review Functional Specifications and work closely with ABAP teams • Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities • Provide post-go-live support and optimization • Act as a solution advisor to business stakeholders and guide best practices ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills • Strong hands-on configuration in SAP SD on S/4HANA • Deep knowledge of: o Pricing procedures & condition records o Copy control, incompletion procedures o Partner determination o Credit management (classic + FSCM) o Outbound Logistics process o Settlement Management • Strong understanding of OTC business processes • Experience working with IDOCs, Interfaces, Enhancements • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions Good to Have • Experience in SAP Fiori apps for SD • Exposure to SAP SD in regulated industries (CPG, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail) • Experience in Agile / Activate methodology Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to lead workshops, design sessions, and client discussions independently • Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field • SAP SD Certification (S/4HANA) is a plus
