for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles Work on

W2, C2C, and 1099

requirements Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skills Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback Negotiate pay rates and close positions within defined timelines Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–6 years of experience in

US IT staffing/recruitment Strong understanding of

US hiring processes and visa types

(H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.) Experience working with

VMS/MSP

is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in
