We are looking for an experienced
US IT Recruiter
with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and be comfortable working in US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end US IT recruitment
for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
Work on
W2, C2C, and 1099
requirements
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skills
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback
Negotiate pay rates and close positions within defined timelines
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–6 years of experience in
US IT staffing/recruitment
Strong understanding of
US hiring processes and visa types
(H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
Experience working with
VMS/MSP
is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in
US shifts
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
ATS tools
Strong negotiation and closure skills
Prior experience with US-based clients
