Retail Sales Specialist

Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our sneaker store team. The role involves delivering an excellent in-store experience, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with sneaker selection, sizing, fit, and product features Share product knowledge including brands, styles, drops, and care instructions Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness Manage stock handling, replenishment, and basic inventory checks Support store promotions, launches, and special events

Required Skills & Knowledge : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for sneakers, streetwear, or fashion retail Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Prior experience in retail or footwear sales preferred
