Senior Sales Consultant – ERP & Custom Software (Enterprise)

Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned enterprise sales professional to drive high-value ERP, AI automation, and fully customized software projects across Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Healthcare, and other enterprise sectors. This is a strategic consultative selling role focused on complex digital transformation deals with ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹2 Crores.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and close enterprise-level software and ERP deals Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers Lead consultative discussions and solution positioning Manage long sales cycles (3–9 months) Handle RFPs, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to craft winning proposals

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years experience in ERP / enterprise software / IT consulting sales Existing network of mid-to-large enterprise decision-makers Proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B deals Strong business communication and negotiation skills Experience with structured enterprise sales processes

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary: Competitive, based on experience (₹40,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month range, negotiable) Performance-Based Commission: 7% – 12% per closed deal Target Deal Size: ₹50 Lakhs to ₹2 Crores Additional performance incentives for exceeding quarterly targets High performers have the potential to earn significantly beyond fixed compensation.
