What You’ll Work On AI-driven

recommendation systems, segmentation, scoring, predictive analytics Building

production-ready AI/ML pipelines Integrating AI with

real-time data platforms Leveraging

AIOps practices

to improve performance and reduce MTTR Working on

AI-powered platforms like Intelli-Q & ByteLens

What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with

3+ years in a leadership role Strong hands-on experience with

TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn Experience with

AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker preferred) Expertise in

customer personalization, segmentation, recommendation systems Strong understanding of

data pipelines and real-time data integration (Kafka etc.) Proficiency in

Python for AI/ML development

Good to Have ➕ Experience with

MinIO / S3 for large data handling ➕ Workflow orchestration using

Airflow ➕ Exposure to

LLMs and RAG-based architectures
