Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Remote Support Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Remote Support Engineer will provide technical and customer support, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with operating systems, identifying technical problems, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient solutions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to assist clients with inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Proficiency in working with various Operating Systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HR Tech platforms or SaaS is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
